Welcome to the Health Quality Ontario Indicator Library

The Health Quality Ontario Indicator Library provides a fully searchable library of indicator profiles reported by HQO and other entities. The library will feature indicator characteristics, including: the indicator definition, the rationale as to why (or why not) an indicator is reported, technical specifications, alignment information, information about data sources, and links to those sources. In addition to a keyword search, you can perform side-by-side comparisons of up to three indicators, based on different filters, such as sector, dimension, type, topic, and data source. You can also export the indicator definitions to a format of your choice.
