Welcome to the Ontario Health Indicator Library

The Ontario Health Indicator Library provides a fully searchable library of indicator profiles reported by OH and other entities. The library will feature indicator characteristics, including: the indicator definition, the rationale as to why (or why not) an indicator is reported, technical specifications, alignment information, information about data sources, and links to those sources. In addition to a keyword search, you can perform side-by-side comparisons of up to three indicators, based on different filters, such as sector, dimension, type, topic, and data source. You can also export the indicator definitions to a format of your choice.

Percentage of urgent percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI) completed within the target time	This indicator measures the percentage of patients that require urgent percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI) and receive it within the recommended maximum wait time target. Wait times were calculated from the day the patient and doctor decided to go ahead with the procedure, to the day it was performed.
