-          2006-2018 calendar years 
 
C&Y numerator: Total number DSH ED visits among Ontario residents ages 10-24
 
Exclusions:
-          Ages <10, >24
-          No valid IKN / Cannot be linked in RPDB
-          Not Ontario resident (pull the PRCDDABLK and exclude if first two characters NE ‘35’)
-          Sex not equal to Male or Female
-          Scheduled ED visits 
 
Adult numerator: Total number DSH ED visits among Ontario residents ages 16-105
 
Exclusions:
-          Ages <16, >105
-          No valid IKN / Cannot be linked in RPDB
-          Not Ontario resident (pull the PRCDDABLK and exclude if first two characters NE ‘35’)
-          Sex not equal to Male or Female
-          Scheduled ED visits
