Total population age 66 years or older with an interRAIHC assessment in the observation period. For home care
clients with >1 assessment, we take the most recent.

Model-based risk-adjusted via generalized regression (assuming a normal distribution and identity link function)
using individual-level data, controlling for age (continuous) and sex.
