Welcome to the Ontario Health Indicator Library

The Ontario Health Indicator Library provides a fully searchable library of indicator profiles reported by OH and other entities. The library will feature indicator characteristics, including: the indicator definition, the rationale as to why (or why not) an indicator is reported, technical specifications, alignment information, information about data sources, and links to those sources. In addition to a keyword search, you can perform side-by-side comparisons of up to three indicators, based on different filters, such as sector, dimension, type, topic, and data source. You can also export the indicator definitions to a format of your choice.

Percentage of self-reported chronic conditions (Retired)	This indicator measures the percentage of people aged 12 and older who reported having 1 or 2 or more chronic conditions including anxiety disorder, arthritis, asthma, COPD, diabetes, heart disease, hypertension and mood disorder.
